OCs & attacks.
An OC is your original character: your guy, your gremlin, your tragic swordsman. The OC catalog gives every character a proper home page, and turns drawing other people's characters into the site's favorite sport.
Your OC's page
Each OC gets a page with everything someone needs to draw them:
- The basics — Name, species, and pronouns.
- Reference images — Upload as many angles and outfits as the character needs, and pick one as the main portrait for the catalog.
- Bio and lore — A short description for browsers, plus a long-form lore field with room for the whole tragic backstory. Nobody is judging the word count.
- Visibility — OCs are public by default so people can find and draw them, or private while they're cooking.
You can keep up to 3 OCs in the catalog right now.
The catalog
The OC catalog is the public shelf of everyone's characters. Browse, search by name or species, and during a Clan Cup season, filter by the owner's clan to find rival targets worth points.
Attacks
Drawing someone else's OC is called an attack, and it's the nicest possible thing you can do to a stranger here. The name is a joke. The delight is real.
- Start from the character's page in the catalog: hit draw, make your version, post it.
- An attack publishes as a normal work, permanently linked to the OC it depicts. It shows up in your gallery and in that character's fan-art section.
- The OC's owner gets notified that someone drew their child. Expect joy.
- During a Clan Cup season, attacks score points, with a bonus for attacking across clan lines, and the OC's owner earns a little too, just for being a muse.
Stuck on what to draw today? Open the catalog, find a character that sparks something, attack. It's the best blank-page cure on the site.
Consent & etiquette
- Every OC has an “open to attacks” switch. If an owner turns it off, their character is look-don't-draw.
- Draw other people's characters in the spirit their page sets. Redesigns and jokes are usually welcome; check the lore for the line.
- The community rules apply to attacks like any other work, especially the ones about being kind.
