Orb guy.. idk

He just started existing. He's an orange stick figure who wears a tophat with a yellow stripe. He used his red orb to see and it has 2 lighter red rings circling and moving around orbiting the orb. You'll burn alive if you touch the orb btw. Also he has no powers at all.
